We offer in-studio reformer sessions and at-home private mat sessions.

Each session will be tailored to your wellness goals, and wilL consider what your body needs that day. Our bodies ebb and flow, so its important we meet your body where it natural shows up.

Styles

stretch

Feel the elongation throughout your body from root to crown, creating additional space to reach new hieghts in your everyday movement

sculpt

taking the smaller muscles to create the biggest impact to your body, mind and soul; essentially, we will work together to shape the muscles around your midline

strengthen

sometimes we won’t even use weights, but we may have fun with props to up the resistance. there’s a core focus on building core endurance here

stability

balancing the dailies of life requires a specific focus on centering yourself, in your own self (root). let’s practice the mountain pose here too

you move as fast as espresso, but can you sit still like a mountain? there’s power in both movement and stillness. There’s an intention to master both.

as a former division I Track & Field athlete, kyla has always found herself poised for movement.

Along the way, strains, injuries and scar tissue impacted her inner and outer strength. Until she found pilates.

As a certified ZUMBA & PILATES Instructor, kyla developed a method that creates a deeper, MORE intimate and CREATIVE connection with your body, mind and heart.

with the client’s permission, i like to incorporate elements of somatic breathing and energy work to fully create a mindful experience.

traditional exercises position us to move from “force” where the HAKYLA method curates sessions that encourage clients to move from their inner flow.

clients begin to awaken to how much they are energetically carrying as soon as they mindfully lay down on the reformer. i love seeing that first experience of a shifting mindset when someone realizes they are more in co-creation with their body in this practice.
